Dear users：
The unit price of ETH3S has fallen to below 1 USDT, which was lower than 1/10 of the initial net value, causing the system to trigger an ETF settlement and to activate the rebalancing mechanism.Therefore, HomiEx will begin the settlement at 12:00, 7 January 2021 (UTC+8). Holders of ETH3S will receive an automatic conversion of their ETH3S to USDT based on the net value as of 12:00, 7 January 2021 (UTC+8).
Please refer to the procedure for settlement and rebalance below:
Trading Suspension: 12:00, 7 January 2021 (UTC+8)
Settlement time: 12:00-14:00, 7 January 2021(UTC+8)
Rebalance time: 18:00, 7 January 2021 (UTC+8)
Note: net value as at 12:00
To avoid price volatility just before the start of settlement, we suggest all ETF holders to close their positions before the settlement. All pending orders will be automatically cancelled and closed by the system at 12:00, 7 January 2021.
The procedure for rebalancing is expected to begin at 18:00,7 January 2021 (UTC+8). No further announcements will be published.
The name and trading pair for new ETF products will remain the same after the rebalance.
